Merry Christmas??

This is Jaxon's first Christmas morning. Emily, Amy, me and our families all stayed at Dad's house Christmas Eve. We played games, ate a ton of food, and did a lot of talking. Unfortunately, Jax and I don't look wasted because of all the partying. He was sick all night so Tyler, Jax and me only slept a couple of hours. I think we kept Emily up most of the night, too. His nose was really runny and draining down his throat so he'd choke on it and then swallow it. Then, it would make him sick so he'd throw up. He finally started to feel better Christmas Day afternoon. I'm just glad he's too little to remember spending his first Christmas with his head in the toilet!

Bath Time

Jaxon LOVES to take baths. If he is ever fussy, tired or sick, that's where we go. He calms right down and is so content to sit till he is as wrinkly as a raisin.

Usually he screams when he has to get out of the tub. This was one of the rare occasions that he didn't.

Strat's Foot Fetish

Amy, Matt and Stratton were able to come home for Christmas this year. It is so fun to have all the babies together. Last time the Sievers were here Samuel was always trying to eat Stratton's feet. So, this time Strat was out for revenge, he just had the wrong feet! He would get so excited when he saw Jax's feet, he would reach and his little hands would just shake!

Football Addicts

This is how just about every day goes in our house during football season. Tyler is glued to the TV watching ESPN. It didn't take Jaxon long to get addicted either. He is definitely Tyler's kid.

GRANDPA

Grandpa loves his boys! We wanted to get a picture of my Dad with all the grandbabies but it was really hard to try to get them all to smile. I think Stratton was getting a little annoyed with eveyone snapping their fingers and clapping. That's why he's giving us the evil eye.

He's just diggin' for gold. Well, trying to. If only those fingers would work a little better!

He is either trying to come up with a grand plan of escape or he is pooping. He's probably pooping.

Eyebrows anyone?

I wanted to see what he looked like with eyebrows. Tyler was not impressed that I put makeup on Jaxon, but I thought it was pretty dang funny. He kinda looks like the Addams family baby. Next time I'll add a mole.

GO COLTS!

These are his cute little Colts pj's. Tyler would wear them himself if he'd fit in them. Since he can't, he insists Jaxon wear them whenever possible. If their clean, Jaxon has to wear them. Especially on game day.

Blessing Day!

This is Jaxon's cute blessing outfit that a good friend made for him. It has coat tails! And that is Tyler's fat hand in the corner.

FEET, FEET, FEET!

Yes, his feet are really that big. No, he's not a hobbit. When I first saw them I was in complete shock! Tyler showed me the picture shortly after they brought him back from the NICU and I was in such disbelief I unwrapped him as fast as I could to see for myself and sure enough, they were massive! Luckily he has grown into them, a little!

Jaxon's first picture

Jaxon Scott Campbell was born October 3rd at 6:37 pm. He weighed in at 6 lbs 13 oz and was 20 1/2 inches. I think he is not too happy about being here.

Isn't Emily wonderful? She was so helpful the whole time I was in labor and especially after the baby came. I wasn't near as nice to Amy.
